The Kaijo Quava Spot Shower is designed for superfine cleaning of delicate components including HDD media, Flat Panel Display glass and Semiconductor wafers. It can be used to direct a high power spot of acoustic energy or it can scan across larger surfaces. Operating at 430 kHz or 950 kHz, the unit can be used with the Kaijo Mega Tube nozzle. Using the nozzle the operator can direct sonic energy to a spot from the end of the nozzle, to a surface from the side of the tube, or allow sonic energy to clean an area by directing it through holes in the sides of the nozzle.
