40 kHz ultrasonic transducer types with generator and tank

Kaijo provides a full product line of ultrasonic cleaning transducers including the (38 kHz) 40 kHz Ultrasonic Transducer that is available in immersible, bolt-on or a tank mounted type to accommodate your specific requirements. The (38 kHz) 40 kHz Ultrasonic Transducer is available in both 600 and 1200 Watt versions and can effectively clean stains and large contaminants from machined parts, wires, lenses, glass, ceramics, and medical devices.

Transducers will generate sound waves within the liquid of a tank or bath and are designed to withstand the cavitations and immersion in the liquid at elevated temperatures. If needed several transducers can be setup in a multiple-transducer configuration.

40 kHz Ultrasonic Transducer: Immersible

immersible 40 kHz ultrasonic transducer

The 38 kHz (40 kHz) Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer is enclosed in a hermetically sealed and polished 316L stainless steel housing. The heavy duty enclosure withstands cavitations and performance and will not degrade over time. The transducer can operate in the liquid of a bath or tank with temperatures up to 100 degrees centigrade and will provide high reliability for the most demanding applications. If you need a custom cleaning application, Kaijo specialists can recommend transducers and cleaning solutions from their full line of cleaning products.
