Quava High Power Ultrasonic Generator

High Power Ultrasonic Generator

Kaijo’s new Quava High Power Ultrasonic generator is designed for powerful and precise cleaning of machine parts, ceramics, circuit boards, medical tools, optic components, and food. It meets high level manufacturing cleaning requirements by effectively removing sub-micron particles. Adjustable frequencies provide flexibility to meet various cleaning requirements. Constant output is controllable with the digital display with upper and lower limit detector function.

High power ultrasonic generators offer exceptional versatility since they can clean a wide variety of materials, over a wide range from high-frequency gentle cleaning action to more robust cleaning at lower frequencies. In addition, the cleaning intensity can be controlled up to high levels. Kaijo’s Quava Ultrasonic Generator can be used in manufacturing operations that require precision cleaning for many different types of parts and components. The system provides cost-effective and easy-to-use cleaning performance with the capacity for adjustment based on specific requirements.

Kaijo’s Quava Ultrasonic generator includes an internal CPU that enables communication with a host computer to control output power and feedback of operational status. Advanced system technology provides efficient oscillation with uniform cleaning. Simply exchange the matchbox drawer and the unit is ready to connect to the next transducer array.
