Cost Effective Tabletop Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems

These professional cost effective tabletop tanks have full industrial grade compound transducers. Ultrasonic power is stated in Average and Peak Watts. The transducers are rugged industrial compound type that assures complete cleaning and will last much longer than the single layer “bender type transducer’. Power intensity control allows the operator to select anywhere from about 40% of rated power up to 100%. Digital heat control allows you to set the temperature of the liquid up to 80 deg. C [176 F]. The Digital timer for ultrasonic power can be set up to 30 min and has an on / off control [automatic repeat of set time.] The combination of industrial grade transducers, adjustable heat and the power intensity control allow you to select the right combination of power and heat to accomplish any cleaning process. A built in cooling fan keeps the electronics cool.

Optional features include a Beaker Holder custom made to each tank size from 2/ 600ml beakers up to 6 beakers, or larger size beakers in the larger tanks. We can also design a custom work holder for your parts either in electro polished stainless steel or a coated work holder to prevent scratching on delicate parts.
